Every Rolex is delivered in a beautiful presentation box that is both protector and keeper of the jewel that nests inside it. As the presentation box is also a symbol of giving, it is important to us, if you are purchasing a gift, that the recipient’s first contact with their Rolex sets the stage for revealing what lies within.

On metal bracelets, they will be able to add or remove any links as necessary and will place any excess links in your presentation box. Before you leave with your Rolex watch, your Official Rolex Jeweler will prepare it for you to wear. They will wind the watch fully, set the time, date and day, check the functions and verify the tightness of the crown. Inside the presentation box, they will place your watch's user manual, with instructions on how to use and care for your watch. Your Official Jeweler will then fill out and date the Rolex guarantee card, that certifies your watch's authenticity.
