Aside from any legal obligations, several years ago we introduced a series of actions that enable us to track our supply chains and thus guarantee the traceability of our raw materials.
We always make appropriate use of natural and man-made materials and products, ensuring the safety of our employees and customers as well as considering their effects on the environment. We pay great attention to monitoring legislative standards and the most innovative technologies in these areas.
We have implemented our own ISAE 3000 Type 1 certified traceability programme, and recognize the following international certifications and regulations:

Gold
We have implemented our own traceability system, from deposits to final products. All the flows of traced gold that we use are certified by external audits. We benefit from exclusive traceability with each of our suppliers.
Diamonds
One hundred per cent of the diamonds we use are certified by the Kimberley Process. We only source them from a limited number of suppliers, and these have remained the same for many years. These trusted partners guarantee that all sources comply with the Kimberley Process, the international system which ensures that the purchase of rough diamonds is not associated with any conflict zones.
Steel
Oystersteel is an alloy for which our exclusive suppliers use waste from European industry in their manufacturing process. This waste makes up the iron part of the alloy and represents 70% of the casting volume on average. The remaining percentage is composed of ferroalloys, which feature high proportions of the elements that make up Oystersteel and are added in variable proportions to castings to obtain the final desired grade of steel (904L).
Tungsten, tantalum and tin
We follow the principles of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance to ensure the responsible sourcing of tungsten, tantalum and tin.
