Committed to perpetuating excellence in watchmaking, Rolex has founded watchmaking schools in Switzerland, Japan and the United States. Limited to an enrolment of 12 apprentices per school each year, the concentrated two-year programme produces watchmakers prepared to respond to the most demanding requirements of the industry. Graduates are not obliged to work for Rolex.
